Our scope for this Cardiff by the Sea residence focused on material specification and fixed finishes, crafting an earthy, highly saturated spatial envelope for the client's 'work hard, play harder' lifestyle. We curated a cohesive palette of deep moody greens, polished blacks, and rich browns, applied through expert tile selections, elevated plumbing, and statement lighting. These hard finishes wash over sleek built-ins and natural wood, stone, and steel elements to establish an atmosphere of grounded luxury. The resulting interior effortlessly supports the flow from a tailored, sophisticated home office into dedicated entertainment zones, providing a permanent, luxurious foundation for the home.
